Procedure
We started steam sterilization line as the leading player in Chinese Spice industry. Compared to conventional sterilization techniques, steam sterilization is able to better preserve the spice flavor and control microbiological requirements to meet high-quality needs from clients. All production procedures are compliant to FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001.
Quality
Keppel Biotech started raw material base development since 2009. As for today, 5 bases, 9000 acres in total, were built: Star Anise in Guangxi, Pepper in Hainan, Sichuan Pepper in Sichuan, Chili in Hebei and Turmeric in Sichuan. The quality of raw material is ensured by our Source Tracking System (STA), which includes standard procedures for implementing fertilizer and pesticide; water and soil test; residues analysis. From seeding, fertilization, harvest and further processing, all activities are traceable to ensure quality and safety.
R&D
The trend of flavor is never easy to catch. We collect the flavor and spice from all over the world, continuously working on new production applications to satisfy the taste demand from different region and various scenarios. Partnership
2007， Keppel ZhongXin International Trading Ltd. was founded to serve as a strategic partner with international food additives brands. In December 2015, we became the only strategy partner of COFCO in spicy and seasoning. We started up another company named “Hui Chu”to serve our goal with COFCO in spice innovation and application.
